Step 1: It All Starts With a Prompt
Just like a good movie begins with a good script, an AI influencer starts with a great prompt. This prompt tells the AI what your influencer should look like.
Use ChatGPT to generate unique prompts for your AI influencer image and its motion according to your preference. You can say something like:
“Generate a unique UGC human influencer image prompt with motion.”
Step 2: Generate the Image on Sora
Take your selected prompt and paste it in Sora (or any AI image tool you like).
Try a few versions until you get the one that looks perfect. Remember, your AI influencer should look real but also stand out. You want the face to be unique, expressive, and scroll-stopping.
Once you’re happy with the image, download it. Keep it safe — we’ll need it in the next steps.
Step 3: Animate It With RunwayML
Now go to RunwayML and upload the image you just made. Then copy the second prompt from the ChatGPT and paste it in Runway’s Gen-2 video generator.
This will breathe life into your influencer. It will turn your still photo into a short video clip, complete with expressions and movement. Let it generate, and while you wait…
Step 4: Create Audio Using ElevenLabs
Now go to ElevenLabs. Select the new V3 model, it’s much more natural-sounding.
Write your script. Or even better, use the exact one we’re discussing right now. Paste it in and choose a realistic voice that suits your influencer’s persona (young, energetic, quirky, etc.).
Download the audio once it’s ready.
Step 5: Stitch it All Together in Heygen
Here’s where the magic happens. Go to Heygen and select Avatar Four (it gives the best lip sync results right now).
Upload:
- The animated influencer image (from RunwayML)
- The voiceover (from ElevenLabs)
They blink, they talk, they smile. And they say exactly what you told them to.
